Patrol
Paperless on scene, or when they are not there.
Officers now juggle a notepad, a phone camera, and a paper form, then retype it at the station. With Jurat, sworn statements, victim packets, Miranda acknowledgments, and other custom forms can be taken on scene or sent remotely. Less paper to carry. The scene clears faster.

ID scan — officer or affiant.
Scan the license, or hand the phone over. Name, DOB, and address fill from the barcode. No transposed digits.

The affiant completes the statement on their own device.
They type or dictate it themselves, in whatever language their keyboard is set to.

Officer reviews and approves.
Narrative, identity, and photos stay on screen until someone explicitly approves them. Nothing moves on its own.

Officer countersigns the way the state requires.
Oath on the spot if the officer can give one, or a witnessed statement if that is how the state works. The affiant's attestation is their electronic signature. The officer's signature finishes the record. The document seals the instant both are present.
If they are not on scene, send the same request as a secure link. The affiant completes it and attests under penalty of perjury (Fla. Stat. § 92.525) on their own device. No in-person oath. No physical packet. Victim packets and custom forms work the same way — digital start to finish.

Built to be read. Sealed so it stays that way.
Prosecutors should not have to decode handwriting or squint at a scan. Every statement is typed or dictated, formatted the same way, and still searchable months later. It seals when it is signed. Changes after that show.

Encryption, access control, and audit logging are on the Security page. On top of that, the file itself gets a PAdES seal the instant both parties sign. Alter it and the seal breaks in any standard PDF viewer, not only inside Jurat. Identity method, timestamps, and signer IP travel inside the sealed file.
Prosecutors can take the sealed export bundle, or review in place if the agency invites them into its Entra tenant as guests. Guest access is view, download, and audit-read on shared cases. It is included in the agency license. It is not a separate SAO product.
