DL / ID barcode scan
Scan the PDF417 barcode on the license. Name, date of birth, and address fill in on the device in seconds.
SMS and email delivery
Time-limited secure links go out by carrier-compliant SMS or email. Sensitive content does not sit in a text thread.
Dual e-signature
Officer and affiant both sign. The document seals only after both signatures are in. There are no half-signed drafts left open.
Voice-to-text
Use the phone's own dictation. No extra transcription step, and no extra app permissions. That matters if the witness is injured, has a motor impairment, or just cannot type easily. They still give the statement in their own words.
Foreign-language keyboards
Whatever keyboard the phone already has works — Spanish, Haitian Creole, or any other installed language. There is no in-app translator in the middle. The affiant writes it themselves. That is the record, not an officer's paraphrase.
Victim packets
