Jurat provides a digital workflow and electronic document platform designed for law enforcement agencies. The platform facilitates the creation, review, electronic execution, and cryptographic sealing of official sworn statements, victim rights receipts, and administrative field forms.
All electronic signatures, initial verifications, and digital certifications captured through Jurat are governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), Florida Statutes Chapter 668, and Florida Statutes §§ 92.525 & 117.10. By electronically signing a statement, you affirm that the information provided is true and correct under penalty of perjury.
When a law enforcement officer creates a statement request or incident notification, you may receive SMS notifications:
jz@goultrafar.com, or contact the investigating law enforcement agency.Secure links sent to affiants automatically expire forty-eight (48) hours from creation or immediately upon completion of dual signatures. Completed records are archived and retained in accordance with the originating law enforcement agency's statutory retention schedules and state public records laws (e.g., Fla. Stat. § 119.071).
